In a promotional email that was sent to Palm Beach subscribers, the following was mentioned:

So, I conclude that the “real secret” of the Freedom 2022 event is a metaverse stock and not a coin.

He never defines “The Blueprint Path” in his pitches — just that it is so much better. “Free Report” offered with password doesn’t seem to be a free report at all, but just the coin name already mentioned. It seems the “password” only gets you a report if you subscribe to his new service. Did anyone else find a truly free report one can unlock with the password he gave without paying the full subscription fee? Anyone have any thoughts on what method of pre-IPO investing he’s talking about? Is it just stock-picking or coin-picking or is it truly something, as he claims, that didn’t used to be possible per SEC regulations but that is now possible. SPACS are the only way I know of investing pre-IPO but he said, specifically, he’s not talking about SPACS. Since there are no cash refunds — it would be nice if he’d give a little more information to potential investors.
I found the same to be true with the password. It only unlocked the free report if you purchase the venture product. Then mentioned ENJIN as the free pick.

It is his research on the value of Enjin and the recommendation for free is the ENJIN coin. That is all. Dying to know which Pre IPO it might be.

Hi Gregg, The other way of investing pre IPO is via a platform like Republic, there is a Metaverse Pre IPO funding right now recommended by brownstone called Realm. I suspect Teeka is something similar. Reading below you have the password to a free report, does it give the platform we need to sign up to or the actual recommendation ? If not get onto Republic and Realm quickly as it is very close to the funding tracking and is going through SEC approval now. Cheers

You mean ENJ coin?. It is available in most common exchanges like Coinbase, gemini, Binance, Kucoin. However depends on your location it may be restricted in some exchanges

Venture subscription talk with customer service went like this.
I asked since I was already a Infinity level member (supposedly access to all newsletters) if this newsletter was included in my subscription. I was told no, that Venture was not bundled with any other membership and never would be.
The presentation offer was only for two years. After that, you would have to renew at full price of 4000 unless their was another special offer at that time. I would get another 500 off as a subscriber to other palm beach newsletters. But if I wanted to get out of renewing at full price in 2 years, I needed to pay the 4k full price and renew each year at I think he said 125/yr.
Further discussion this newsletter is like all the other newsletters, Update newsletter once a month and probably one recommendation a month. Seems the Venture newsletter has been around since 2019. I then tried to get the win rate since 2019. He would not give me any. He did indicate that Only 3 of 20 recommendations have resulted in going on to a IPO event. As I understand the presentation the “blueprint:” money is made when the Pre-IPO stock becomes an IPO. I don’t know what the percentage of Pre-IPO never result in becoming an IPO, but this is not the quick rich scheme the presentation indicated. So you would have to put money in each recommendation to be sure to hit the lottery.
My other concern was how much would you have to put into each recommendation. I asked what the minimum recommended investment was for each recommendation. I was told 300 shares. Follow up question is what is the average share price and was not given a good answer but seems some are less than a but he did say the free metaverse stock to be mentioned was $3.4o.
My last question was regarding since you can’t buy these thru a brokerage how do you buy them. He indicated that would be divulged in the “free report” if I became a member of this newsletter.
I have been a long time member of Palm Beach and have done well with the selling puts recommendations in Alpha Edge newsletter. So I was hoping this might be another good newsletter to follow to get to my “freedom number”

Thank you for sharing your membership experience with us. I would feel scammed if I was an Infinity level member and would be forced to pay for a Venture membership to receive details about the present “Freedom 2022” pre-IPO stock opportunity.
What I always wonder about is why guys like Teeka Tiwari and Jeff Brown, who claim that they are already wealthy, still are trying to take thousands of dollars of annual membership fees from us, apparently without sticking to their earlier promise (i.e. the “infinity” or “lifetime” part of their Infinity level or lifetime memberships).
Does anyone know an investment platform for Pre-IpO deals for non accredited investors?
The last deal from JEff Brown was on Republic´s platform (republic.com) for everyone mimimum investment 1000$. All other platforms I researched that are interesting are only for accredited investors with minimum cash 1 Mio. in the bank and so on. There are good IPOs in line like opensea, dicord, klarna etc. but all not open for small investors unfortunately.
Any ideas or recommendations where else to look for?

Hi Tanya. Republic, DealMaker seem to be the main ones for Reg A+ deals. StartEngine is another good one where many startup companies require a smaller minimum investment. All of these allow non-accredited investors/Reg A+ deals.

I have been searching for days now too, just like most of you all. I’m pretty sure it’s the Realm Metaverse offering on Republic. It’s a common stock shares offering so that means it’s most likely the metaverse pre-ipo company. Bought some EFI on Gate.io just in case 😉

I guess that Teeka´s Pre Ipo metaverse pick must be something else than Realm on Republic, because on his presentation day that Realm offer was already closed.
I managed to go in to REALM weeks ago before Jeff Brown recommended it on my own research. Minimum investment $ 1000 .Even when Jeff recommended it, it was right before closing.
On all non accredited investor pages there are no metaverse pre-ipo´s on the net. Maybe it is opensea which is connected via nft´s to the metaverse? That Ipo I saw on several pages.
I don´t know. We have to wait for a nice person who signed up with Teeka´s Pre-Ipo´s spilling the beans in order to know 🙂

I have seen a copy of blueprint letter and palm beach venture pre-ipo 2022 letter floating around after teeka’s live video. they contain two recommendations but none are related to metaverse. one is investqualcan.com and another is legion works. who’s goal is to raise 50m in this regulation a+ round. i don’t guarantee that my information is correct but that was mentioned in palm beach venture 2022 letter

I watched Big T’s First-Ever Pre-IPO metaverse event. The free “give me” metaverse play announced at the very end of sales pitch is “ENJIN”.

Those two are accurate, I have the subscription. I was shocked to see 2/3 recommendations were NOT linked to the Metaverse. His main pick is literally a horse racing company. I don’t see a link in the demographic at all from those who bet on horse racing will likely not adopt the metaverse.
Teeka just mentioned this in his Palm Beach Daily newsletter about his Freedom event: “During this livestream event, I shared details about my first-ever Blueprint deal in the metaverse. It’s a world-class operator in the world’s oldest pastimes. But it’s laying the groundwork for a move into virtual gaming.” — What’s the world’s oldest pasttime? Any ideas anyone?

I don’t think this can be it – this ei.ventures pre- IPO deal was originally recommended several months ago by Teeka so v unlikely to be it. ( others here on gumshoe invested in it last year…)

Stay away from Teeka Tiwari, His Freedom 2022 picks = 1. Never went public and no longer communicate with investors after multiple funding rounds dating years prior to Teeka shilling in 2020. and 2. is well below not opnly its IPO price ($5) it’s now below the private offering price ($3) and they continue to dilute the shares. They also decided to consolidate the shares AFTER their funding was raised effectively bringing the pre-ipo price from 75 cents to $3. BUYER BEWARE

So I took my own deep dive into all of this and came up w a brand new company that just had a merger set to offer and buy pre IPO for metaverse. It’s cost $10,000 to invest with them! !!

Watching the Video of Freedom 2022 , to me, got me mis lead. Especially when he mentioned ENJ. I then was expecting “Tens” of Pre-IPO Share in the sector of Metaverse. Blueprint Path, a 17 pages report in Pal* B** Ve***, consist only a Company who is going to expand by raising fund to acquire more assets by Pre-IPO. Part of the plan is to digitized their game in to the Metaverse. The risk is that no guarantee this plan will be executed.
TT actually call this report: first metaverse pre-IPO deal. Thus, I would expecting more deals to come.
