Attractively priced Travis’ Real Money Portfolio stocks relative to his “buy below” targets

Looking at the market and Travis’ portfolio with regard to the “max buy below” and “preferred buy below” prices. When I downloaded the data, there were four stocks trading below the preferred buy below hurdle (GOOG @ 25% below, WCC @ 13% below, BAM @ 11% below and AVLR @ 3% below). Seventeen are below the max buy below but not the preferred:

SHOP -28%
BOMN -24%
SAND -22%
RPRX -21%
GSHD -21%
AGPIF -15%
RGLD -14%
AMT -14%
EA -13%
MPW -12%
BR -11%
U -8%
MKL -7%
AMZN -6%
CCI -5%

I’m trying to decide if buying some LEAPs on some of these could make sense since I don’t want to tie up a ton of cash in the equities and don’t consider the risk egregious given the state of the market. Perhaps not pull the trigger just yet. Don’t know that I think we’re at the bottom.
Any thoughts on which are the most attractive picks?
