A couple of examples are listed here where a big name stock is listed on both NASDAQ / NYSE and Neo
Disney
Closed February 4, 2022 at $142 USD on NYSE
Closed February 4, 2022 at $17.3 on Neo – low volume
Same with AAPL:
Closed $172 and change on NASDAQ
And $26.40 on Neo – low volume
There are numerous other similar examples
What is being traded on Neo? Are they fractional shares?
Thanks

Those are Canadian Depository Receipts, which effectively are fractional shares that are also currency hedged to mitigate the impact of currency fluctuation for Canadian investors. I haven’t checked to see what size the fractions are, or how they are maintained at close to fair value, but I would assume that if there’s any trading volume they’re very close to fair value — that’s typically the case with stocks that trade in both the US and Canada, though the NEO is a very low-volume exchange.
