I’m getting a lot of emails from Teeka Tiwari’s company about a small pre-IPO company about oil and energy. The company shares are supposedly $1.25 and must be limited by the cap on the amount of money they can raise. It sounds similar to some of his other recent pre-IPO small companies he has promoted within the last year. Some of the companies shares have sold out within 12-24 hours and I’m hoping to find out if it is a good company/opportunity before they sell out. I have done some research but haven’t found any company matching the hints in the emails or videos. Has anyone else looked into this yet? I found one company out there, but the shares are $2.00. I’m not sure that it is the company he is promoting.

I’ve been searching the net as well. Looking at the sites that manage the private investments. No ideas yet.
SPOILER ALERT:
Sky Quarry, Inc. via Equifund (https://equifund.com/skyquarry/): Units Price $1.25 = 1 stock & 1 warrant @ $2.50; Minimum $500. JP Morgan backs this company with a 20% stake already.
Thanks! I’ll look into it ASAP. I appreciate your input.
I found a company on Start Engine that helps oil companies extract more oil, but the shares are $2.00 so I didn’t think it matched the one Teeka mentions.
Thanks again!
Nice Guy …..The photo on the Sky Quarry website matches the photo that Teeka shows on his presentation.
Thankyou so very much for sharing. Teeka and yourself have led me to an old school buddy I haven’t seen since high school. Grades 1 to 12 together. You can imagine my surprise when I seen it was David Sealock. Its been 40 years. We got alot of catching up to do. It really is a small world.
Knowing David and his family and where he came from and reading his accomplishments plus I like what the company is doing i took a flyer on this one. Thx again guys, this site is priceless.
Thank you very much for sharing. Fortunately, it is still open. Looks like an exciting opportunity.
I am curious as well but skeptical that anyone can produce a barrel of oil for 65 cents per barrel. My guess is that maybe he is talking about equivalent barrel energy production. I don’t think even solar or wind is that cheap.. Travis, this would be a good one for your thinkolator.
They turn waste asphalt shingles (WAS) into oil or asphalt. They get paid by the waste management companies a “tipping fee” to take their WAS which covers most of their cost to process the waste-hence the super low cost to produce a barrel of oil. It’s like oil sands only they are using waste. Sounds like it could be a winner. What do you guys think?
I believe it is a company that works with and supplements oil drilling companies. The company probably has a technology that only charges .65 per barrel that the oil company retrieves maybe. Or possibly this company makes synthetic oil or recycles oil?
So for 2.50 we get one share and one warrant. What’s a warrant?
The Sky Quarry deal sells units for $1.25 each. Each unit comes with 1 share of stock and 1 warrant which can later be exercised to buy more stocks at $2.50 per share. A warrant is a guarantee to buy future shares at a given price if the investor chooses to exercise or not. Example is buy 500 units for $625. Now own 500 shares and 500 warrants. Two years go by and stock price is now $4. Exercise 500 warrants @ $2.50 per stock share would cost $1,250. You now own 1,000 shares at $4 equals $4,000 value. Cost basis is $1,875 but gain is now $2,125. Good luck!
great thanks for the explanation! Deal done bought in 400 shares at 500$. As Big T says Let the game come to you!
Can you explain how you went about buying these shares. I’d also like to roll the dice
Go to this website (https://equifund.com/skyquarry/), click on “Invest Now” and purchase the units. Another opportunity to consider right now is Brazilian Potash (https://brazilpotash.com/invest) due to the increasing commodity (fertilizer) prices and the ongoing supply disruptions (Ukraine).
Thanks! You are a nice guy
Is there a minimum investment amount for Brazil Potash?
$2500 gets you 625 shares as a Minimum
I can’t believe it is still open. I passed it up originally, but with the current commodities price action will need to re-consider.
Dineshandavar did it ask for your SS # when you applied to invest?
Well I am from Canada so I had to give my Social Insurance Number. Similar to SSN in states
Is there a limit as to how long the warrant can be held?
I just read on Equifund.com that warrants can be held for 36 months max, and seemed to say that time frame started with your purchase date.
Hi I checked it out and it requires your social security number? Is this safe ? Why do they need your social?
It is required by law to collect this information.
I’ve been getting the same e-mail dump for the U.S. Energy Summit and I’m also searching for the company, no luck yet.
I’ll let you know if I find any targets.
It’s SkyQuarry
Check the below page

Do private investments always need your SS#? Like Sky Quarry . Im just a little guarded about this. Just looking for feedback to be safe. Looks like they are requiring it to sign up . Thanks
Private investments don’t necessarily ask for your SSN. But all the crowdfunding platforms (in my experience) do. I believe they are required by law for know-your-customer compliance.
Bought some Sky Quarry shares through Equifund yesterday.
Let’s hope it’s worth it.
$1.25 per share with the option to buy the equivalent number of shares anytime within 36 months at $2.50 per share.
Minimum holding period for initial shares purchased is 12 months.
Bought 800 shares today of Sky Quarry. I dont usually but shares like this but if you study the management of this upstart and their concept, especially how it will appeal to “Green” folks I believe it has legs.
Another ESG “Green” pre-ipo deal right now is Summit Environmental on StartEngine (https://www.startengine.com/summitenvironmental) which is posed for continual growth and new contracts augmented by the upcoming infrastructure bill.
