This sounds like Jeff Clark. The one stock he trades, over and over, is GDX, a gold ETF. He sends a notice once a month and claims to have a system that tells him when the market is going down or up. Thus, he can recommend buying or selling. He mentioned options in the pitch I listened to, so I presume he recommends call options or put options (but I’ve never done options and don’t know much about them).
