written by reader Joel Litman/Altimetry Research teasing hot SaaS stock

By jdarcyh, April 27, 2022

Joel Litman, founder of Altimetry Research, is back with another long presentation selling his intelligence services with a new lure. He’s found “four magic words” – Software as a Service – that indicate a high likelihood that a public filing tips us off to amazing gains in a corporation’s stock price. He has numerous examples which we all recognize. Now, for only $2,500, he will let us in on the secret of tomorrow’s next big gainer. Anybody have insight to share?

The ‘forgot’ to tell us the batting average.

The “lesson” I watched which was hosted by a retired Harvard Business School MBA teacher friend who raved about Joel’s record of advising the FBI, the Pentagon and financial experts around the world. Joel is another finance guru who quit his job at one of the Big Houses and started his own company. While working at, Credit Swisse I believe it was, he invented and patented software that would perform forensic analysis on financial reports in order to find inconsistencies. Specifically, the “distortions” between reported and REAL earnings and assets.

Due to errors in the General Accounting Practices, he tells us, that legally, companies regularly file reports with such distortions. He found that when a company reports distortions where REAL earnings are considerably more than those reported AND there is a catalyst (for example, the pandemic), that company will start its upward rise on the share price chart. Buy – Buy – Buy. The reverse is also true we are told.

$5000 per year. One time special $2000.
Free buy: GTX (real gains are 2x reported gains)
Free Avoid: XOM

Here’s the article Joel Litman co-wrote as he quit and went out on his own:

I wonder how his software compares to Marc Chaikin’s Power Gauges?
Both Chaikin and Litman are affiliates of Stanberry, so it would be interesting to see how the same company would “look” on each one’s software.
