I’ve been watching for an entry-level opportunity for battery storage technology and was recently intrigued by Mampilly’s push to an “iPower” tech play that is not publicly traded yet but is poised for launch in the near future. This is a software platform to deliver revenue from stored power by selling it back to the grid at a significantly discounted price by my electric utility (SRP). I have this capability with my Enphase solar system, but I am intrigued by what this technology platform will do to enhance revenue from privately owned excess solar production and storage.
I would appreciate any insight you may have for this darkhorse candidate.
