What effect does this have on SAND shareholders? I was planning to increase my investment in SAND but now I am confused. Is Sandbox the better investment? Are the two competitors? What is the deal?

Very little impact, it’s mostly small assets thrown together to try to create some value. Sandstorm will own a big chunk of it, but I don’t imagine it will make much difference to their revenue in the next few years.
