How does the recent S-1 filing effect outstanding warrants[1]? I sold the stock for a nice profit (thank you Travis for the Yellowstone SPAC alert) but still have warrants.

Should just be the registration of the shares which underly the warrants, and would be available to be created should warrants be exercised. Don’t imagine it will have a real impact on the warrant price at this point, with the stock well under the $11.50 exercise price.
