With the agreement with AVLR to go private any reason to hold (except to get you 1.2% additional boost in value)? I hate when the buyout value is basically at a premium to a past tanked value.

Don’t like the deal, of course, I think it’s mostly a case of private equity seeing the potential to lever up a sustainable business at a time when investors appreciate it a bit less.
I’d like to wait a little while to see if there’s a competing offer, but that’s often wishful thinking when management is on board with a deal.
