Discussion on Teeka’s latest pitch for what I assume is a pre-IPO that costs $.37 per share. Possible $1000 for minimum investment but not sure.

Dont fall for it.
I’m interested in figuring out the pre IPO and researching it. I like to discuss with others here on this forum like I have for quite a while. I like to do a few pre IPO investments each year.
The clues so far is that it is a $500 minimum invest at around ~$0.37 a share. Most Pre-IPO offerings are rounded amounts so more likely $0.25 per share with $500 minimum. I will keep searching all the private investment platforms for these clues….good luck to all!
I believe that this IPO might be related to farming & ranch land. That could narrow it down when searching through. In the clues it was listed as bezos, gates, & Murdoch investing. Murdoch just bought the Koch family ranch for the amount in the teasers.
Thanks, I did a quick search on recent Bezos and Gates funding and it appears that millions have been flowing into the environmental Carbon Capture space investments….
Interesting. I know that farmers are being encouraged to do carbon sequestration by planting certain things. It also appears to be technology that might help with this.
So a totally random guess but I found this and thought it was interesting.

Has to do with agriculture, food, and carbon sequestration.
I couldn’t find much new info on it though so who knows! It also appears it has already is on exchange.
Update: I found Tikka’s clues within the following article that points to a broader investment fund strategy which leads funding series for various companies listed under their portfolio. Now all we have to do is research each of the companies within the portfolio to determine an open funding round with $500 minimum around $0.37 per share.

Latest clue is that this deal is Regulation Crowd Funding (CF) which can help us narrow down the search criteria 🙂
I looked through those companies and didn’t seem to be able to find any that are being funded like that.
I think that his “coming catastrophe” is going to be food shortages. He quoted 3 groups in an ad, CEO of gro intelligence, The economist, and former Gov. of South Carolina. The CEO is talking to the UN Security council about food insecurity. The Economist ran a piece called the “coming food crisis.” The former gov David Beasley said “hell on earth” will be coming from hunger crisis. Also he’s giving money to a food charity organization in Pennsylvania for people tuning in to the pitch.
That doesn’t help with identifying the pre-IPO but I think it will have to do with either food waste or growing food or something like that. I expect his stock recommendation to be something along the lines of farmland stocks but could be wrong.
I’m also a farmer so I’m curious what he has to say about the food situation. It’s a really tough time to be in the business for sure and beyond sickening to think of hungry people.
Thanks, I browsed around the list of companies too with no luck 🙁
Today’s clue references Sequoia Capital funding startups and early companies from the past until now. Here is a list of their companies they fund:

Randy, what are all the private investment platforms? I am only aware of Equifund. Thanks!
I’ve used dealmaker and republic as well as Equifund. I’m not sure on others.
Thank you!
StartEngine.com is another
Equifund, StartEngine, SeedInvest, Republic, Manhattan Street, Title3Funds, MicroVentures, DealMaker, MyIPO, Netcapital, etc.
Thanks Randy, don’t forget Wefunder too
Thanks to all who provided names of private investment platforms. Certainly broadened my horizons. 🙂
Lots of thumbs down for this comment. Please research for yourselves how many of his pre-ipo picks fromt he past few years are currently public and the one that i know is. Take a look at its current price compared to it’s IPO.
Can’t find anything on this. Any PBV subscribers want to share?
I just got an email from equifund about a new company Aerobloom.
https://aerobloom.com/
Not sure if this is the company as I seem to be having issue loading the site
Same and their site seems to be experiencing problems because I can’t get logged in either.
I’m going to say this is probably it. The website for the company mentions working with a NASA guy which is what Teeka mentioned in the pitch and they don’t use soil and it’s $.37 shares.
I received the same email, and now can’t log in to Equifund.
That is correct: Aerobloom is Equifund’s new offering. I encountered the same problem with getting logged in, but finally did and confirmed my investment. This company sounds terrific.
The growing method appears to be aquaponics

Equifund also has Sky Quarry. If I’m not mistaken Teeka had another event this year in which he picked this company which is turning shingles into oil at a massive discount.
The link for investor presentation doesn’t work. Maybe it’s closed.
He is teasing Aerobloom on Equifund.
Yep it’s closed.
Wow they raised 5M within 12 hours!!
I’d hate to be someone who paid for a subscription and then couldn’t buy in.
He was supposed to give a free pick but I never heard it. Did anyone catch it?
Yes, it’s ticker symbol FPI
Teeka said in his follow up broadcast “IF the company decides to go public” and caught himself and repeated “WHEN the company goes public” please bear in mind his pre-ipo Freedom2020 pick still isnt public and had years of seed fund raising before he ever shilled it to his followers. Proceed with caution.
Good Point, neither has SWAY energy drink.
This is true. These aren’t guaranteed to go anywhere and most probably won’t. I wouldn’t have wanted to payed for a subscription and then miss out on the pick altogether. I do invest in a couple of pre ipo’s each year to add to diversity of my investments. I look at the ones pitched and see what I think before doing it. I also like adding stocks and crypto assets in small amounts also. There is good reason to be skeptical of these pitches and you aren’t wrong on that. I realize when investing in these companies that they may never ipo or it may take a few years to get there.
If anyone wants to read the actual filing, this is Aeroponics Integrated Systems (dba Aerobloom), they are in the process of raising about $5 million at a roughly $20 million valuation. They hope to find pilot-scale customers for peppers that they’ll be growing over the next year using their aeroponics technology, to demonstrate that the product works and, hopefully in the future, license that technology to other greenhouse operators. SEC filing is here: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1815146/000147793222006400/offeringstatement.pdf
If you happen to believe that this particular company will go far, don’t worry too much about the fact that they ran through their first crowdfunding goal (thanks to Teeka’s attention) — if they’re raising only $5 million and haven’t yet grown a crop or sold anything yet, they’ll probably be back for more money at some point. All of the larger companies they compare themselves to in the greenhouse vegetable space have been clobbered this year (there’s a reason why they use “april 2022” valuations for their comparison companies in their presentations, despite the fact that they updated the presentation in August — those companies have lost 50% or more of their value in the past six months, in many cases, and in one case (Aerofarms) saw their SPAC deals fall apart well before April.
Don’t expect an IPO from these guys anytime soon. Very small time so far.
Looks like you can still sign up to be on a waiting list for investing.
