In a report circulated in early July, she reiterated that the housing market was in trouble, to short the house companies and ETFs like XHB and LEN. Shortly after this bold prediction, XHB and LEN among others had a nice boost. This reminds me on an advice provider I was involved with early on….whatever they suggested, I learned to do the opposite. Isn’t she a “journalist” rather than a lifelong Wall Streeter?
