PLM Polymet Rights Offer – Anyone bite?

Here’s a blast from the past: PLM is raising capital in a stock offering, with rights to purchase for two weeks. PLM appears to be coming out ahead on litigation and the offering is backstopped by Glencore. PLM’s joint venture with Teck appears to be factored into current trading but it’s not clear how much to factor in PLM’s farther future prospects with the potentially highly-valuable Mesaba operation.
