As usual, nonsense. China’s miles ahead in battery research. Read about the latest developments if you like, what BYD has been working in with its battery research partners is quite incredible from a technology perspective.
There may be plenty of US tech sectors to bet on, but batteries isn’t one of them. Even Europe outperforms American efforts in this field.
I’d guess this ends up being a repeat of his Quantumscape (QS) pitch that has been running for over a year, but will give the latest ads a look.
I don’t believe its (QS) because Mizrahi from Banyan Edge stated that the battery is small enough to fit inside your pocket. Hard to believe something that small could power an EV for 1,000 miles. Maybe more clues will pop up later.
