Huge volume surge in WCC? Is this a good sign?

Haven’t looked at the trading stats, since the short-term action doesn’t mean much to me, but in general an increase in volume while the price is rising is a good thing. Don’t know of any particular cause for that at the moment, perhaps some institutional investors finally got interested.
