What is the least expensive reliable way to by gold[1], silver[2] and platinum[3] coins[4]? Local coin dealers charge too much of a premium, it seems to me.

Thanks for any helpful ideas.

I’ve primarily used APMEX to buy (and sell) gold and silver coins. They’re consistently reasonable and I’ve found them very reliable, though I don’t know if they’re the cheapest. Premium over melt value for most of the basic gold bullion coins (American Eagle, Canadian Maple Leaf, Krugerrand) is around $75/oz these days

Some small caps to lookup. Great potential. AMBA, QSI, HGCPF.

Premium in and out is standard liquidity. Shop around. Stay local.
