How to enter a stock position in a stepwise fashion in a foreign small company – questions about EVO.STI have questions about the 12-8 purchase of EVO.ST (likely EVGGF/EVTTY) Travis said he was getting a small opening position – approximately .5% of the portfolio.
I anticipated it would be in the lockbox and 1/2% of 100,000 would be roughly $500 or about 5 shares. However, when I checked the holding was in the regular portfolio.
This is an intriguing company, and I might take a flyer on it as did Gumshoe.
I have two questions. What is a reasonable initial holding size for this stock in a diversified on-going portfolio as Gumshoe’s “Real Money Portfolio”? AND what is the difference between the two ADRs – A) EVGGF B) EVTTY – only one shows up on my brokers platform?
