Sky Harbour Warrants – recent activity

By dyrstr888, December 14, 2023

Travis, your most recent mention of Sky Harbour warrants was in May. Do you have an update on these warrants as affected by the recent agreement between Sky Harbour and Altai Investment Capital? I have 100 warrants with at $11.50.

The business is certainly looking like it’s more likely to be able to finance the growth they envision,
Thanks to all this additional capital, so that’s a good sign. Moves fairly slow, though, it takes a long time to get approvals for new airport facilities.

Will dig a little deeper for a future article, but for now I’m still just holding the warrants. I think they’re on a good path.
