Is there a certain target that you’re looking for before converting the warrants?
This was my first venture into warrants so I am totally following your lead.

With this one, I’m just being patient. We’ve got three years until the warrants expire, so I’ll start paying more attention to the specific price in about 18-24 months, which is when the time premium should start to disappear — this position for me is “gravy” after selling the equity a while back, so I’m willing to lose it all against the potential for a ~10X return from here if the business builds as well as it possibly can. My personal situation might be quite different from yours, but I do think it’s a 100% loss/800% potential gain situation, so in large part it depends on whether or not you’re willing to stomach that 100% loss, because the success/failure odds are probably not as good as 50/50, there are many ways this story could fall apart.
I don’t see any reason to be particularly concerned right now, with solid funding and a lot of construction underway to build out their network and rising interest in private and corporate plane use as an ultimate luxury, but the rosiest path is certainly not guaranteed.
