Nick Hodge is teasing a 0.30 a share Nevada startup vanadium miner that I believe is PRPCF Prophecy Devt Corp, a Canadian startup. It went up to 0.43 today https://www.prophecydev.com Can anyone confirm or deny this? As recently as Sept 3018 it was just .08 a share. Could this be a pump and dump?
