7Investing.com is a new service that has some quality advisors. Some I have followed a couple of them from their days in the Motley Fool and Motley Fool Australia and other advisors this was my first exposure to. The service is new so it has not stood the test of time but I really like the approach and the number of picks that are made. They cover a lot of market segments, risk profiles, etc. so there should be something for all in it. There are many topics and stocks that they have healthy discourse and sometimes outright disagreements about. I like that as I feel like there is less pumping and more communicating going on.

I have purchased several of their picks and already owned many other stocks that they have recommended. Their extended podcasts are informative and their write ups are good perspectives on the stocks. It is not a get rich quick approach but I think it can help all with solid investing advice. The service is inexpensive, $170 a year, and can be trialed on a monthly basis. I have the service and want to support them but have no direct ties to any of them.

For reference I have used several services / newsletters over time but now am down to The Stock Gumshoe, 7Investing.com, The Motley Fool Stock Advisor (I have used several of their other services as well but none active now) and Empire Financial Research. I like them all.

Really helpful to see a review like this. Thanks.
We went to 75% cash in sheltered accounts in Dec 2020 with no tax consequences…and have taken a lot of grief since then from family. However…everything we unloaded is now down from sell price. Knew bonds were going down with rate increases so….what else to do? Been sleeping peacefully. However….what to do now to ease back in is keeping me up at the moment. Lots of diverse opinion out there.
I was assistant to Trust Investment officer at a bank on that Friday in August 1982 when this GREAT secular bull market took off. Dow under 1000 and closed up 30.
Also during that time when the last big 30 yr treasury refunding came at 15.625%. Could not get trust account owners to pull their money out of Merrill Lynch money markets paying 16% to invest in US 30 yr Treasury bonds at 15.625% (including bank directors under water in their long held munis). But all the Trust Dept staff did…except me who was too young to have the $$. We bought 30 zero coupon municipal housing bonds (m. 2016) at 12%.
Of course they were all called as rates dropped….but good investments.
