Quite an interesting article…I am a small investor here in France….. I myself, am wanting to invest either in stocks or ETF’s relating to this issue (China’s water problem) …….. would you have any good recommendation and suggestions

Did the $1 trial for Jeff Opdykes Emerging Markets. I have recieved nothing, but they are now billing me for a year, $695. I have been unable to contact them by phone or E-mail. Are they a scam?
