I had allocated a $20,000 IRA to this service and signed up for their auto trade service – allowing them to make all the trades. After 9 months my account was down to $2700.
I emailed them repeatedly asking for some type of refund. They offered to reduce the yearly fee by 25% if I enrolled again. No Thanks!
