I want this
I subscribe to LikFolio Investor and also their Earnings Season Pass (Lifetime memberships). I am quite good with trading options on my own, but I am not so good with stock picking and earnings season trades, so I had signed up for both these services from LikeFolio about a year ago.
My own experience with these has been quite disastrous so far. As an example, on the Earnings Season Pass service, I have followed several of their recommended trades and had NOT A SINGLE WINNER this entire earnings season. Apart from the money wasted on the subscription, the losses keep piling up from their bad trade recommendations. The saving grace has been me (lately) simultaneously putting on my own opposing options trades while trading on their recommendations. With that, I have stopped the bleeding from blindly following their recommendations.
Example:
LULU, for March 22, 2024 they recommended:
BTO $460 Call, STO $470 Call @ $5.00* Limit
Max Loss: -$500/contract
Max Profit: +$500/contract
I put on the above trade, but simultaneously also sold two $370 Puts for March 22, 2024.
LULU will close today below $450, but above $370 for sure, so I’m closing all the above trades.
Selling the Puts limited my loss to about $100, instead of the $500 potential loss from following their recommendation alone.
I just wanted to share my experience with LikeFolio’s trade recommendations and caution fellow members from falling for all their hype. Maybe your own experience with LikeFolio is different??
