I signed up for the free trial when it was over, I found out that there was a better yearly rate than the one the trial defaulted to. I asked Mabel if I could change my subscription. The response was prompt and the answer was yes. I cancelled and joined at the lower rate, after the confirmation it took less than 5 minutes to complete. Customer service is excellent.

Where might I find the better annual rate?

You can find the annual rate, just choose the annual option. I also opted for the annual rate, its a savings of 150 over the regular subscription. Mabel told me they are considering changing the price for the yearly subscription but if you are locked in, the price remains the same for as long as you are a subscriber

I am long term investor and I love their approach of viewing stock corrections as buying opportunities as long as the trend is bullish. I picked up a lot of good stocks on the last sell off, 80% of which are already showing average gains of 18%. I bought the AMKR calls they reccomended and closd the position yesterday for 120% in gains, holding time roughly 4 weeks.

As other have stated this is a good service if you are willing to follow simple rules.

I changed my subsscription from quarterly billing to yearly billing and it wass a breeze to do so. Mabel is always there to help if you have any issues; she is a gem

I posted a comment here but for some reason it did not show up. Maybe I did not press the post. However it was a long I comment and I am not in the mood to write everything again. So i will summarize

Used to subscribe to 10 newsletters, now after signing up for the Market Update Service, I dropped 6. Great insights and investment advice not to mention the huge savings from not paying for 6 other newsletters
Insights into the Mass mindset are incredible.
They did not panic at all when the markets were taking from Oct to Dec, on each ocassion their overall advice was to use sharp sell offs to buy. I did that and I am a very happy camper

I am a subscriber for almost 12 months

Customer service = Superb
Overall Strategy = Unusual that is why it is probably so effective; Sol Palha understands of the mass mindset borders on the surreal
Value = Excellent considering the number of services you get for one price; Stocks, ETFโ€™s and now Options.

I always thought you had to fear corrections and so-called crash type events. The Tactical Investor changed all that for me. Now I view strong corrections as buying opportunities provided their proprietary tool โ€œthe trend indicatorโ€ is positive. For the past 12 months, I have used sharp pullbacks/corrections to purchase strong companies that I follow and that Sol recommends and I am very happy with the results so far.

In November of 2018, I decided to use some of my profits to purchase options. I purchased calls on four stocks. One option is now showing open gains of 230%; the second one is up 90%, the third one is under by 20%, and the 4th one is trading at the same price I purchased it. The one that is showing the most significant gains are the calls on AMKR, and the stock appears to have plenty of room to run up.

I just joined a few days ago based on the reviews I read here. I can already tell this newsletter will be a great value for me. Blending mass psychology into the vetting process makes so much sense to me. This philosophy will take a bit of getting used to, but the reasoning is sound and well supported in the educational materials provided.

I am very excited about the information I received, will follow up with another review after I have had an opportunity to test the waters.

Jane thanks for the simple review. I was sitting on the fence but it helped tip the scale and I signed up for the trial today . I have just gone through some of the materials, so far I am thrilled and there is quite a bit more to go through. The Mass psychology aspect is fantastic and makes for interesting reading . As you pointed out their trading philosphy will take getting used, but the logic behind their stance is quite sound.

If time permits and I don’t forget I will try to post a follow up review.

This is the only service that I know of, and I pay and track many that advised its subscribers to embrace the correction/crash scenario that the media was pushing. In fact, Sol put an unusually long list of plays and the more fear the media pushed the more bullish they became. At one point he went as far as to state that another once in a life time opportunity was in the works.

I did not embrace his strategy immediately, as I thought some of the top newsletters I was following knew better, I wish I had I just jumped in and bought all the stocks I had on my wish list; but alas it is still better to jump in late than never. Almost 90% of the plays I got into are in the black with profits ranging from 10% to as high as 90%. The AMKR calls I purchased are now showing open gains of almost 550%.

All this service is incredible, the way they blend mass psychology with the market analysis is unheard of and the results are unbelievable to say the least. If you are looking for new take on the markets, then this service is something to think about.

The Updates are awesome, they blend mass psychology with intense humor, to make the whole process fun and enjoyable. My one year subscription has paid for itself several times over in a just three months. While everyone was advising their subscribers to panic, Sol held firm and advocated that we should buy and ignore the noise.

Their grasp of the mass mindset is legendary and it shows as they called the bottom perfectly. All my stocks are up, with most gains ranging in the 10-30% ranges but that is far better than I have done over the past 10 years. The options I purchased. One the AMKR calls is now very close to showing gains of 500% and my HOLX and BZUN calls are up almost 100%.

I wanted a service that focussed on reality and that was not filled up with B.S, in the form of fear or hype and thankfully I finally found one. They definitely made investing fun again.

I canโ€™t believe that there actually is a newsletter that uses mass psychology to analyze the markets and at the same time does it so well. I used to hate reading my newsletters and forced myself to read them in the hopes of gleaning some sage advice. But most of the time my efforts went unrewarded. With the tactical investor, the newsletters are fun to read and their trading suggestions are paying off. My CHKP shares are up 20% in 3 months

Changed my subscription from monthly to yearly

These 4 quotes from various market updates sum up why I decided to become a long term subscriber. I finally managed to throw my demons away and can view corrections as opportunities and not as end of the world type events

Bank stocks and stocks in the transportation sector are rallying strongly; these two areas alone could power the Dow to 21K, thus if other industries kick in with the same strength, it is possible that the Dow could soar much higher. Over the years we have stated over and over again, that this bull market would rise to levels that would stun even the most ardent of bulls. We believe this has occurred, but as sentiment levels are far from euphoric, the markets are likely to continue marching upwards. Market update Nov 30, 2016

It brings to mind what we said several times in 2015 and 2016; this bull market could surge to levels that would shock even the most ardent of bulls. Market update Feb 20, 2017

Sentiment continues to paint a fascinating picture as it indicates that for the 1st time in decades the crowd is not driven by panic or euphoria; they are uncertain, and uncertainty is the 1st stage of fear, so that means we are a very long way off from hitting the Euphoric zone. Overall, looking at the situation from a mass psychology perspective what we stated in 2014, 2015 and 2016, continues to hold; this bull market could end up running a lot higher than the most ardent of bulls could ever envision. It has already caught some of the most ardent of bulls by surprise; some of them even turned negative this January. Market Update April 20, 2017

It also informs us that this bull potentially could run so high that even the most ardent of bulls will start to look at it in disbelief. Market Update. Sept 17, 2018

P.S. I asked for permission to post these excerpts

Have been with these guys for 13 months and itโ€™s truly a breath of fresh air to work with a service that does not use hype or force you to buy other services. This is one of the best services I have subscribed to in my 20 years of investing. Their examination of the machinations of the market and human behavior are superb and enlightening

I posted a review a few days ago but it did not show up, maybe I did something wrong. So this is my second attempt and its going to be much shorter.

Overall I am satisfied with the service; they are low on hype and focus on trends. I enjoy their pyschological take on the market and while I fared well to date, I am curious to see how the handle the current downturn. Will post another review in a few weeks

I started a trial subscription and then as I liked the service I let it convert to an annual subscription. 25 days into the annual subscription, I landed a new job which left me with almost no time to trade. I would be out in the field in remote areas for days.

I asked Mabel if I could cancel the subscription and if she could issue a pro-rated refund. I did not mind paying a fee as I had already made several grand from some of their recommendations. To my surprise she refunded the entire subscription instead of charging me for a month. The trial rate was 24.99 for 30 days; so for 24.99 they gave me 55 days. There was no haggling, no questions and she even wished me the best in my new Job. In 4-5 months my schedule will ease and I will sign up again.

Stunning customer service; everything everyone has stated about their customer service is true. Asked numerous questions, all of which recieved well researched and most importantly, polite responses.

Secondly, the analysis is spot on. I learned more about how the markets operate and the mass mind-set in three months than I have over the past ten years after paying thousands in subscription fees. Lastly, I locked in some great gains 450% on AMKR calls, almost 200% in XEL calls, 110% in HOLX calls, 50% in DHI calls. On stocks I up over 30% on the following stocks, IPHI, RGEN, JVA, MXL, CTRP, AMD, and AMKR.

I have not closed out any losing positions but I have paper losses the biggest of which is 75% on WBA calls, and 40% on MNST calls; both options have almost 7 months of time premium left so there is plenty of time for a possible turnaround. On stocks I have paper losses all in the 3%-15% ranges on UAL, EAT, JCI, and HOG. However my wins easily outweigh my losses and the profits have already paid for over 10 years plush worth of subscriptions. JCI and UAL are showing signs of turning around; I am down only 3% &5% repectively, after being down as much as 22%

Question if you don’t mind answering. I see you did calls on some of your picks. Does the newsletter recommend that or just the stock and you opted to do calls? I would like to find a newsletter that did recommend calls and puts as opposed to picking a stock.

They reccommend options for now the focus is on calls as the Trend is postive according to their trend indicator. But there is a section where they discuss about how subscribers can opt to also purchase options on the stocks they recommend; I have purchased options they have recommeded and I have bought calls on stocks they recommended, overall both strategies worked out well for me. I would suggest that you get used to their trading style. To be on the safe side I allocated almost three months in total, one month to learn and two montns to paper trade, though in retrospect I could have completed it probably in under two months. However, I prefer being safe than sorry.

They deal with Stocks, Options and ETF’s. For now the focus is on calls and i agree with the stance, makes no sense to focus on puts when the market is still in a bullish mode and there more long options then shorting options

This review has been in the making for a long time; finally found the time to type it.

I canโ€™t recall having a more pleasant and satisfying experience than the one I had with Tactical Investor. My first interaction with them was towards the end of 2015. I remember distinctly that Sol Palha stated a Trump win from a financial stand point of view would be a fantastic development and that if the markets tanked we should jump in and buy. Boy was that a great call, but I was too cynical to jump in; like the rest of the world I believed that a Trump win would tank the markets but after that call I was hooked on the power of Mass Psychology and the way Sol and his team implement in their analysis.

I had to end my subscription as my work schedule changed leaving me almost no time to look at the markets. I signed up again last November and was pleasantly surprised to find out the Mabel remembered me. I had a few questions as they had added a few new features to the service and for free I might add. The ETF trend trader and the options service.. every single question was answered and the answers were through.

Itโ€™s great to know that services like this still exist, where the motto is to treat the customer with respect. As for the service itself, I have to say the analysis is probably the most profound market analysis I have ever come across in almost 25 years of playing the markets. On AMD i am up almost 50%, on the TQQQ ETF I closed the position out for a gain of 55%, CRON was closed out for 100%, and i closed several option positions out all with triple digit gains. Highest gain was 350% and this was all in less than 6 months. I am losing on two options one 75% and one 55% but those loses are minor compared to the wins and both options have more than 6 months of time premium on them.

If you are new to the concept of Mass Psychology, taking the trial subscription might be a good option.

Good to see many favorable reviews here.

Do they also have stock picks (like Motley fool Stock advisor) or just Call and Put options? I have never traded options and am worried about the learning curve.

Options is a small part of this service. They also focus on Stocks and ETFS. I tend to put more money in stocks and ETFS and only use profits to play with options.

After going thoroughly over their trading methodology, it is both sound and makes sense. One aspect of their trading style is both simple and genius at the same time. For example, dividing the total sum of the money to be invested in a given position into three smaller lots and allocating each lot at different intervals. The beauty is that each entry price is calculated based on a risk to reward model that takes the volatility of the indvidual stock into consideration. As for the results, I am satisfied with them; otherwise, I would not be leaving a review. FYI, I am speaking as someone with over 20 yearsโ€™ worth of trading experience

Astouding insights into how the masses operate and why they never change their tactics. If you want to understand Market Psychology this probably one of the best newsletters in the industry. I also found the service to be very resonably priced when all the services they offer are combined; Stocks, Options, and ETF’s. used to pay for these services separaterly before. Very happy with the returns so far.

Member for 6 months and very satisfied with my results. I invested in the ETF’s and some options. My average gain on my options are 80% and on the three ETFS i jumped into i closed TQQQ out for a gain of 50%, UPW for a gain of 20%. I am long UGE which is showing a small gain at the moment. Waiting for a bit longer before I get into stocks as I missed some entry points in Jan and Feb due to trying to trying to get a better price

This newsletter and Travis’s Stock Gumshoe newsletter are all I use. I am happy with the service so far 5 months into. If anything changes I will post a follow update. I would suggest two things, taking the trial subscription; this is a cheap way to test if the service is for you. Secondly, make sure you read all the articles suggested in the welcome email. It will greatly speed up the learning process by a factor of 2-3.
