If your stuck in this, and thankfully for me this site saved me from doing it. But since the picks are bad, can you short all the recommendations and come out ahead that way?

So far, I’ve had a 65% win ratio on the options trades and 25% win ratio on the stocks. No where near what was promised. By comparison, Nova X-report has an 88% win ratio.

Better off going to Vegas – no evidence to support the command grid or its ability to predict the market. Same for apparently random guesses on the 10-minute millionaire. Quick way to lose your capital –

“So when I say this is a brand new way to make money, I mean that quite literally.”
“And as of right now, there’s only one man in the world I know who can tell you how to execute Night Trades in your own account. ” [These comments on Casey’s site dated 22 August, giving a supporting Write Up for Night Trader.
He goes on to say this does not involve trading Options which is contrary to his published results which always include
Option plays, which are also DISASTROUS.
I was promised my Money Back on 9th March, since when I have been stone walled. I have emailed AGORA their Parent Company, who say they can’t interfere.!!! MoneyMapPress, who also appear to be their Parent Company
I have emailed Night Trader /MoneyMapPress more than 25 times since March. Most times I get a response saying ” your email could not be delivered” despite the fact it was properly addressed.
These people are GUILTY of CRIMINAL DECEPTION.

Always pay for such things with a credit card. When something is not as described, complain to the credit card company. After that your next stop is the department of justice. Complain of mail fraud. You might let Agora and/or Money Map press know that is what you are doing if they do not return your money immediately. You’ll still be out your losses on the trades recommended, but you will get your subscription back. Your credit card company may tell you you should have complained within 60 days. If you did and the argument has been ongoing, tell them that. If you have an e-mail promising your money back, make a copy for the file of your credit card company. Good luck!

To john,
Regarding your recent comments about night trader, you may want to file a complaint with the Maryland Better Business Bureau http://www.bbb.org/maryland‎ . I and several others had luck with this and got our money back.

Yes I also contacted the Baltimore BBB, with immediate success. My $2250 was refunded after 6 months of battling with Money Map Press and getting nowhere. Thanks also to Stock Gumshoe for publishing our disgust over our treatment by MMP, and in my case by Agora also, who own MMP. They just denied any responsibility. Another Company whose products should be avoided.

Unfortunately I jumped in on this thinking I’d have time to review the trade before pulling the trigger. As others have said I’m down more than up and hope to break even by the time my year is up. The most frustrating thing is I place the orders exactly as they describe, typically within minutes of the trade being recommended, and far to often never get in on the trade.

You hope to break even by the end of 12 Months? A service you paid $2250 for? This is outrageous !! Thanks to some help from these Pages, and my complaint to the Money Map Press Better Business Bureau in B I was refunded after a 6 month battle. I am not the only one refunded.See other Night Trader and Money Map Press Scam pages. Just threaten to spread them all over these Pages. They will lose far more money than the cost of your subscription.!! Good Luck !!

Please please listen to these previous reviews. If you’re in a financial situation where you are going to be spending your savings or emergency fund on this product, do NOT purchase night trader. You are not going to make money that you are hoping to make anytime soon. You’ll most likely loose some due to a lot of his recommendations being in the negatives.

Customer support was actually the best part of this moneymappress ordeal. They didn’t give me any problem. Only thing they tried was to switch me to a different program and see if I’d like them. I told them I’ll consider going to Maryland Better Business Bureau and file a complaint if for some reason I can’t, and it wasn’t an issue at all.

Do NOT use night trader or any other program as your last resort for getting out of a financial crisis.

I was going to invest in Night Trader and I appreciate all the warnings. So sorry to hear how many people were scammed and surely lots more who never found this site to complain.

The “ night trader” is not as successful as advertised. He usually guesses correctly in the short term, but when it turns he does not pull the plug on a bad option or stock. He instead will ride the option HOPPING that it will recover until it expires. He does not use stop losses on option trades. It is either a winner or a 100% loser. Lately his put option go up and his call options go down. When a professional investor relies on hope to make money, it is time to stop listening to his advice.

First of all, you should never subscribe to any stock/option advisory service without a trial period (eg. 30-90 days) in which you are not allowed a full, NO QUESTIONS asked refund. If they don’t offer any refund – there is probably a good reason for it – it’s an unreliable system and their performance is so poor that they’re just trying to get as much money out of subscribers as they can before they will shut it down, wait awhile, and open a new service under a new name and start over again. That’s how these guys get very rich – not by stock/option trading, but SELLING SUBSCRIPTIONS! They will tell you (confidentially) – hell no! investing in the stock market is too risky – I won’t do that. I’ll make 100% return by selling subscriptions, offer no refunds, rip off as many ‘suckers’ as possible and move on. Trying to time the stock market, especially on single stocks, is extremely difficult and risky. A bad news event, negative tweet, CEO scandal etc, can send a stock crashing in a heart beat. No way any ‘Swiss Engineer devised indicator” is going to predict anything like that. If you want to know how to make money in the stock market – follow the advice of the experts (Buffet, Tudor Jones, etc). They rely mainly on fundamental analysis, not technicals and invest in good, terrific performing companies with excellent balance sheets, solid, stable dividends, etc. As JP Morgan said, ‘the stock market will fluctuate’, but if you buy good companies when the price is at a low point (“blood in the streets”) and hold onto them, you can make money. But there’s no free lunch – it takes a lot of work, patience and willingness to invest the time/effort into doing research into the companies you’re investing in. Trying to predict with some ‘secret PHD devised’ indicator is just blowing smoke and will almost always lead to disaster and major losses.

“I own the night” is his bait line. Low quality picks. This service is a port of Money Map Press and is a follow up scam to buyers of a Book Titled “10 Minute Millionaire”. Purchase of the book is the hook to be followed with offers from the other Money Map group to skim you.

Rip off. The performance guarantee was from $5000 make $174,000. Dec 2018 they claim this was surpassed. There were many calls and puts over the past year and I would have had to invest $10,000 in just one transaction. They will never refund the money of your subscription because of the way they twist the numbers! DON’T TRY IT!!!

You are right about the guarantee because from $5000 to making $174,000 is just from winnings not all the loses it had accumulated. Very misleading! Although, I joined as a charter member one year ago on 12/26/17 and on 12/27.18 I contacted customer service for a refund because the initial guarantee a year ago also stated the following: “However, if you’re willing to give me a year of your time, and I still fail to meet your expectations. I DO NOT want your money anyway. And I will give it back to you in full (but only after your one-year subscription ends).”

Even though I mentioned this to Customer Service, they still refused to give me a refund. All they offered me was an additional one free year of the Night Trader. Here is what I did the following day. I called their department of VIP Services at 877-285-8101, explained my complaint with Customer Service, and read to them my actual copy of the original guarantee a year ago. They did not hesitate in giving me a full refund and credited it back to my credit card.

If you have been a subscriber for one year since the Night Trader was first launched, then you most likely qualify for the full refund. Any new recent members will be out of luck since their recent online promotion only offers another year for free if they don’t meet their performance guarantee.

Its a complete scam. The performance guarantee of your full refund is bunch of crock. They mysteriously figure out a way of making up numbers. Perhaps they should take into account all the losers and factor those percentages into the performance. I was promised my refund when I talked to them last month, but today when I called to cancel subscription, their customer rep named, Ian, rudely said they made their performance guarantee and no refund is available. Then he says, I must not have followed their directions. I followed it exactly as it was written. What a scam!!! I’m so tired of these scammers. Someone should shut them down.

Great evening Phil. I had the same bad experience with the Night Trader. So I followed your instruction on how to get a refund. And sure enough they refunded/credited my card. Please call the VIP Services at 877-285-8101 only. And be prepared to quote the guarantee per Phil’s post. Don’t waste your time with the customer service number. As you will only get the run around. Thanks again Phil for sharing this valuable information.

This is a total scam. They billed my credit card with subscription renewal without my permission. I have made only losses out of his recommendations. Please do NOT subscribe!!!! They will keep on taking money out of your credit card!!!

Iventer, you need to report this first to your credit card company,. Tell them it is a fraudulent, unauthorized charge. Tell them as much as they will listen to. Your next step is to the Better Business Bureau in the city where this is published.

They will NOT provide calculation of the performance guarantee figures. They just say he performed per requirement but that is a load of crock. I have kept his “scorecard” updates and it looks like a bloodbath!!!!

What I learned from the Night Trader:
1 – So called experts are not really experts as much as sales people earning their money from the commissions. This one is no exception with and expensive fee of ~$2,000 annually.
2 – Following the Night Trader directly resulted in a loss of all of my investment capital for this service, even on paper trades. Having faith in the background of the writer, the intrigue of the special system, and his smooth writing skills will not result in a profit or even retention of your capital.
3 – The best lesson you can learn from this service is in improving your ability to hedge on any investment. Always use stops, always protect with off-setting investments, and always plan your exit before the losses get out of hand. 4 – My experience with Night Trader is that you will likely perform better if you pick the exact opposite of the Night Trader choice.

Thanks for the advice posted here. I almost signed up with Night Trader but I did not have enough headroom on my credit card. Then I scanned down to the bottom where phone numbers are listed and noticed a connection with Money Map – which never really helped my investing. That soberred me up enough to investigate Night Trader on the internet. I was pleased to see Stock Gumshoe came up on the first search page. In my experience, you have proven top credibility over the years. You have all brought me back to my senses and I owe you big several time over.
