Looks for speculative, tiny market-cap stocks in the energy sector. Chuck de Castro[1] as of 2017 has moved to start the similar Penny Oil Winners[2] service with Weiss’ Edelson Institute[3], not sure whether Penny Oil Speculator[4] is also still publishing.
