The advice and general commentary are ok, but most of it is eventually revealed (days or weeks later) in the free postings used to draw in subscribers. Unfortunately, the newsletter’s apparently stellar track record is largely achieved by cutting the flowers and watering the weeds. In the May 2nd newsletter only seven of the open positons were in the black, while ten of them were under water. This is in spite of the claims of not CLOSING a loosing trade in many months. Technically, that’s probably true, but you might not be happy carrying a loosing position until Hell freezes over.

Both of these reviews are inaccurate and misleading. Sue refers to our company as a scam. She posted this review two days after we had already refunded her. Moreover, we fulfilled everything she requested: she subscribed and we gave her a subscription. She cancelled and we refunded her. There is nothing fraudulent or “scam” about any of this.

As for Mr Smith, he is correct, some of the positions we have open are indeed in the red. But some of our former losers ended up being closed as winners. Thus, they were not losing trades. The idea that you have to wait an eternity for gains is absurd as well. We have closed 63 straight winning trades and not one single losing trade since July 2011. ALL of those trades are verified. The fact that a trade doesn’t make money immediately and takes time to come to fruition is not indicative of failure. So why does he write such things about us?

In closing neither of these postings are accurate nor are they indicative of our business or track record. They are in fact false claims and damaging to our business. We would like to request that they be removed. We can provide records to disprove all of their claims.

I’ve been reading Graham Summers’ Private Wealth Advisory since 2009. His analysis is hands down the best I’ve found and his understanding of the financial crisis is top of the line. His forward thinking and interpretation of the market has allowed me to make serious gains, so I do do not understand what the previous reviewers are claiming. Anyone with a slight hint of common sense would have to agree that the quality of this newsletter is outstanding and it is pretty a much an amazing deal to get Summers’ insights for such an affordable price.

This newsletter is published every two weeks, with over 20 pages of financial analysis with several charts, information on current affairs and forward thinking advice to navigate the crisis. I am usually blown away by the fact that Mr. Summers seems to be always one step ahead. I’ve subscribed to other newsletters but keep coming back to his. If anything, this product seems the work of a team of people rather than one man. Also, my experience with customer support has been pretty good. They’ve even forwarded some of my questions directly to Mr. Summers who actually emailed me personally. I definitely recommend this product.

Private Wealth Advisory is a newsletter that offers in-depth analysis of the global socio-economic arena. Graham Summers provides high-quality research and insights on the financial crisis, with a very specific perspective on the current status of our economy. I have been following his work for a few years and I have to say his strategies and advice have helped me understand and make good decisions that ended up in profit. There are infinite newsletters out there but the quality, affordability and consistency of this one makes it one of the best.

TERRIBLE customer support. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription within the 60 day trial period and have not had a response to not one of my emails to this company. The “toll-free” number they say to use to cancel only takes you to a message telling you that you must email to cancel and request your refund, then it hangs up.
The newsletter is an interesting read and it does have some educational value concerning the markets and the possible effects of national and global politics and economic policies. However, thats about it… definitely not worth the money.
As for the trades, both the long and short portfolios are fraught with losing trades. If you would have followed the trade advice from either or both of these portfolios you would have lost money. Lots of money 20-30% loss easily. To think that even in the killer bull market we just had in 2013 that a “private wealth advisor” could lose money going long is just sad and ridiculous.
One last note: look at the number of positive reviews there are on Stock Gumshoe about this newsletter on the same date that just happen to follow a negative review. Looks like a duck to me trying to kick up its average subscriber review. Scam scam scam.

Update: Did not get responses to my emails, but did finally receive a refund a few months after my request. Maybe not so much a scam, just bad customer service and communication.

As a former (now retired) RIA of 37 years I began a trial subscription the year prior to my retirement, along with several others from the usual list of suspects. Graham’s is the only one that I kept. I like his writing style. And, his perception of the “lay of the financial landscape” conforms substantially with my own. So he is a good fit for me. I use my own methods for determining entry/exit points for recommended positions, so it doesn’t bother me that he has a number of “losing” positions still on the books. For me, those would have been used to offset gains in a taxable acct. In an IRA they would have been stopped out. He is often extremely quick to take a profit, but verifiable performance comes in handy in the newsletter business. It was one of the things that got me to sign up to begin with. And if you’re going to make a bunch of STCGs you need a few STCLs to offset. I like the product very much and look forward to each issue.

I subscribed to PWA back in 2017. Summers publishes weekly on Wednesdays. He provides timely and insightful information to steer me in the right direction. All in all I haven’t got into trouble thanks to Mr Summers; he called the top in gold back in September 2017 like a boss; but didn’t realize it would tank well into Dec ’17.
He has correctly pointed out abject market rigging via BOJ and ECB. When the media was hysterical about 3% yield on the 10yr; like a boss he decreed it would go down (it has). I declared a top of 93 on the dollar index only to have the dollar hit 95 several times recently; noone can accurately predict short term moves in FOREX. It is agonising watching the dollar index go up; but I know the dollar will roll over and go into a well deserved bear market. PATIENCE; I don’t retire for another 10yrs so I don’t get emotional about short term gyrations. I have cashed out gains and have open gains following Summers’ analyses. He does not give you stop loss numbers; that’s up to you. He will send an email to SELL but I usually sit on the position with a very tight stop loss to squeeze a little more. I like how Summers IS NOT afraid to take money off the table. He has admitted defeat on short positions; personally I don’t do the shorts. I do enjoy inverted ETFs in the same sector; same outcome.

His analyses alone are worth the price of admission; as I often buy additional stocks (my picks) in the same sector and have cashed out nice gains. Graham Summers provides near term; medium term; and long term outlooks and perspectives.

If you want an unvarnished opinion or different perspective from those of the shills on the media; subscribe to PWA.

Now the whole world is waiting for Uncle Powell at the FED to save or let the markets implode.
AND we have to endure Trump vs China; lol Now China is “sucking” up to the EU and even the EU
is kinda saying “yeah right” we don’t believe you either.

I subscribed to PWA after retiring in 2017. For the first year I was satisfied with PWA clear view of the markets and found PWA to give tradable opinions. But since the last US presidential election and newly released book PWA has lost its winning track record and struggles. PWA record keeping has become lacking and has me now wondering about actual past performance bragged about. At this time i would still renew subscription hopping PWA gets back in to the market and gets there heads out of there new book.
I also subscribed to the options plan but did not renew.

Apdate March 2020
Awfull record since the book TheEverything Bubble was released.
Private Wealth Advisore has lost all credibility and should be used as a contrary signal. Private Wealth Advisore was recomending hedging account with shorts most of 2019 then in third quarter 2019 turns all in bull until end mid march 2020. Transparency of historical records is not as it was and yearly accounting has stopped. Definitely nolonger suitable for wealth managment possibly ok for traders and gamblers. We are probably neer at the bottom based on PrivateWealth Advisore being contrary signal LOL
I will not be renewing subscription.

Graham Summer and Phoenix Capital Research are group of basta*d who will never refund you as promise in their website which stated can try 60 days risk free, and refund fully by writing them email. They refused to response and will continue to drag and never pay you back. This group of basta*d cannot be trusted.

Phoenix Capital Research cannot be trusted, do not honor their obligation of refund 100%, if cancel within 60 days. They never reply to my cancellation and until start the chargeback process, then they responded but again they play tricks trying to get me to take off the chargeback before returning my money. They cannot be trust therefore I push on with the chargeback.
