Does anyone have any feedback on using Zacks Research Wizard software as a lifetime member? If so have long have you used it? What has been your track record following the software? What is your preferred filter/technique that you follow? Have you been through a recession using it and the outcome of that cycle?Thank you for your help!
I signed up for the Zacks home study (including Research Wizard) course & paid a small fee for this. In using this I was amazed to see the results they were claiming in their videos (their system of buying Filtered Zacks #1 stocks only, up 32%/yr over 15 years while S&P 500 up 12%/yr during same time period). I may try their system just for thrillers, but to me it almost looks too good to be true (or at least if it was true, someone here surely would have commented if they were getting such amazing returns). Will repost after trying it for awhile.
Hi Michael! So? How was your experience with the ZRW? Many thanks!
I purchased Research Wizard last year, lifetime subscription for $2900, I believe. When you do backtesting back 15 years or so, it seems to beat the S&P benchmark. For the past year, at least, the strategies haven’t work for me, and backtesting most was disappointing. Some of the picks were horrendous, one #1 ranked stock (JE) took a dump as soon as I bought it. I expected it would come back, so held it, only to lose 2/3 of my investment (in about 3 months). It does give names of interesting stocks to further investigate.
