ATNM not ATMN in the quick take. Thanks Travis. Best2ALL!-Benjamin
Travis,
$ATNM. Well I am holding my shares and it remains my largest Biotech investment. One good thing (assuming of course share value can start to gradually climb back up) with the recent fire sale I was able to lower my average share price significantly. I had been holding off for a very long time on adding to my position but when it hit $1.70 I pulled the trigger and lowered my average share price by $2.69.

I used last week’s sell off as an opportunity to average down as well. Holding strong!
Looks like you got a good price. Do you have a specific target in mind, or are you planning to hold for the “long term”?
Travis,
Healthcare REITs:
Any thoughts about OHI?
I like them and have kept an eye on them, but I think they could fall further with the interest rate concerns which might worsen in the coming weeks?
I haven’t delved into the long-term care/nursing home REITs, partly because I can’t get my head around the balance between obvious demand increases due to an aging population and the low barriers to entry for new buildings. I do generally like health care REITs, I’ve looked mostly at medical office buildings (DOC and others) and hospitals (MPW), the only one I own personally right now is MPW (which has also gotten clobbered).
