Short track record, but Sjuggerudd seems an honest sort. I have been a subscriber of his cheaper service for about 5 years or more. TWS is a major data/computer project that comes up with trend-following recommendations on etfs that span the world of asset classes. Early results are less than stellar, but looks like it will catch trends…they just haven’t been there yet. We shall see.

Since the only review for this service is over two years old I thought I would offer an update. The more mature track record is quite impressive. All of his current recommendations are in the black. Those that are more than three months old range from 26% (UPW) to 209% (RXL). Earlier this year he closed out biotech (BIB) for a huge gain. I don’t recall the exact figure but it was well over 150%. He has five bank warrants that range in profit from 22% to 110%. His latest reco is India.

So, what do you subscribe to in order to get the names of the companies/products to invest in?
thank you.

It’s pretty difficult to argue against result like those. Most recent reco is India.

Is this system really worth the $99 cost?

I have made more money from Sjuggerud’s recommendations than any other advisor. Right now, of 8 positions in the TWS portfolio open for more than 3 months, one is down 3%, the other 7 are up, including two at 14%, and others at 30%, 58%, 97%, and 353%. He tries to be careful not to jump in early before an uptrend is confirmed, and he has good historical data on when triple digit gains are possible. His recommendations are the only place I put my kids’ money.

I purchased a “lifetime” subscription (lifetime in quotes because there was a small annual maintenance fee attached) to True Wealth Systems because the first few issues I got looked interesting, and the lifetime subscription wasn’t outrageously expensive. Shortly after, I cancelled another Stansberry newsletter (I don’t know if that’s related to subsequent problems). Within a month I stopped getting any e-mails from True Wealth Systems. I could access the website but wasn’t getting any messages pushed to my e-mail. I contacted Stansberry’s customer service numerous times over the next year. I never got the e-mail service restored, and eventually gave up trying to follow the recommendations. I have no criticism of the publication itself, but I expect I will never subscribe to another Stansberry publication because of the utter incompetence of their customer service in dealing with this problem. YMMV, of course.

Update since my last message. Most recent editions to the portfolio are what Steve (easier than spelling last name) refers to as his Meltup Millionaire Portfolio initiated on Aug. 23. This consists of 10 positions, 7 of which are profitable. The two losers are MOMO, -16% and IYT, -3%. The remaining 7 are up 38, 34, 26, 12, 10, 7, and 3%. One is break even. The Meltup portion is intended to be more volatile with obviously more potential risk and reward. The main portfolio consists of 20 positions with returns of 486, 93, 45,45,40,32, 31, 29,28, 27, 25, 24, 20, 20, 19, 8, 7, 3 -3, -6. The 486% is PNC warrants from 2011. The majority of the others are from 2017.

I think I’ve made more money from Sjuggerudd’s information than from any other. His advice got me into Tencent, for example, and into IPAY. I am looking at India.

Impressed and have made money (a lot) on some of his recs. However on some of them the charts did not look good and guess what, those were losers. Uncomfortable with double and triple ETFs but have held my nose and jumped in. Most but not all have done fine. Overall one of the best advisors I have subscribed to.

The new TrueValue Systems is now $2500! Is it still good value in this precarious market? Any ideas as how to reduce the cost?

A few hours ago there was a 1o/26/18 post full of information about the new True Value SYSTEMS service that included the name, guessed by Thinkolator, of the “next Tencent “….or (MELI). it has disappeared. Any ideas why/ how to find it again( my inet dropped before I could finish!)

I have been a subscriber to his basic newsletter True Wealth ($49) for three years. I have made money on a number of his recommendations. I recently subscribed (oct 18), to his True Wealth Systems for $2500. He has made me money in almost all his recommendations. He has a good reputation over 20 years. He follows stops closely so I haven’t lost too much on any of his losers. I enjoy his writing and look forward to each newsletter.

Overall I am satisfied with the product. I do have a concern about how they calculate the return on the Melt Up portfolio. The latest issue posts the return not from the original recommendation in late October but from the point of recommended reentry AFTER getting stopped out in three of nine positions (50% of the portfolio). I guess you can manipulate the figures any way you want but this was pretty disappointing to me. The true portfolio performance is currently +6% which is right in line with the gains in the S&P 500 since initiation of the portfolio. I am hopeful but taking a wait and see attitude.

January 31st Steve Sjuggerud @ Stansberry re-introduced True Wealth Systems, with Brett Eversole’s new report The Dow 150k Portfolio….with same $4k reduced to $2500 annual (2nd year free) fee, same as 4 years ago. Any True Wealth Systems recent subscribers comments?? …. trying to decide if value or not to subscribe.
