Universal Signal
It’s a fairly new service that concentrates mostly on ETFs: QQQQ, QID, QLD and other similar index based ETFs. It claims that one can use its signal to time any market around the world. The start of the newsletter has been a bit wobbly, but it’s getting better and it might be worth checking out. It offers free three month trial period. It not expensive: currently $69 a year. (It uses Stock Gumshoe as a teaser!)
